This challenge is a bit tougher than I first thought
Started a few weeks back did 5 left/right every minute for 10 total 100 snatches was not to bad
Next week did 6/6 bit tougher
Following 7/7 then week after 8/8 real killer strange thing people in the gym watch and shrug like it's no big deal banging out. 160 snatches in 10 mins and ask is that all you doing today ?as I lie there for my 20 min recovery :-) some people are so quick to dismiss a 10min workout
To the makers of 6 min abs I am sorry for saying no way !! If that workout was all snatches WoW !!!!!!
